i presume CNB's gonna be tougher, drugs and the drug addicts, the undercover tasks etc.
SPF's gonna have LOTS and LOTS of candidates compared to CNB. More competition, more difficult to get promoted... but i get to investigate MURDERS CASES!!! yayness
