The clock strikes twelve
I could hear the bells
Ringing in my head
Man, this is hell.
But the kids were swell
my bro, my sis, her friends and the elderly
my mum's best friend, a super nice auntie
Thanks for being there at that very minute
Singing the songs and taking pics
Wanna shout out to you peeps
I'll remember this till the day I'm ninety
I've never had such a celebration since i was twelve
Suddenly I had no idea to cry or to smile
I was touched, so very touched
I wish every year i'll have sucha story to tell....
